Q: Will there be an attendant at the booth throughout the event?
A: There will always be an Attendant on hand to make sure your event runs smoothly.

Q: How do I book?
A:  Feel free to fill out the Reserve form and we will get back to you.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We currently service Reno, Sparks, Carson City as well as Truckee and the Lake Tahoe area.  We also service certain destination cities across the U.S. and internationally.

Q: Are props included?
A:  We provide a wide range of props that can be tailored for your theme or event. Please tell us if you would like custom props and we can get you a quote for that as well.


Q: Do you offer closed or open style photo booths?
A: We typically offer an open air booth but can provide an enclosure on request.

Q: How many prints are included in the price?
A: We offer unlimited prints during your photo booth experience.

Q: How long do the photo strips take to print?
A: Our photos are cut and printed in under 10 seconds so you can get back to fun!

Q: Do you offer social media uploads?
A:  We offer not only social media capabilities, but also instant text messaging and email. Your guests will simply select the photos they will like and send it to themselves via email, text or our many social media platforms.

Q: Do you provide a disk with all photos from the evening?
A: USB drives can be provided upon request but we have live galleries that upload immediately to your very own private site and are immediately accessible online.

Q: Do you provide a scrapbook?
A: You have the option to buy a scrapbook that will be ready the day of your event which your guests can sign.  You may also opt to order one of our premium albums which will contain all the pictures of guests in attendance for the day.

Q: Do you require a deposit? Does the deposit go towards the overall cost of the rental?
A: Due to high demand we require a deposit of 40% to hold a date. This deposit does go towards the overall cost of the rental.
